Garlic Cheese Creamed Corn
Ingredients:
2 ears of corn
2-3 T butter
1 1/2 t frozen minced garlic
about 1 cup half & half
2 T GF flour mix
salt
pepper
1/3 C grated sharp cheddar
Directions:
Peel back the husk of the corn and remove the silk. Rewrap the cob in the husk and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Cut corn off the cob. In a pan, melt butter with half & half and garlic over medium heat. Add corn, salt and pepper. Add flour and stir until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in cheese. Top with additional cheese and cayenne pepper.
